Getting Error: Hub 241*** is unknown to this Hublet, but it appears to exist in Hublet na2

I am building an public hubspot app. its not listed in maketplace yet. today when i try to install my app to new hubspot account with install user. i am getting this error in the apps setting page.
Hub 241*** is unknown to this Hublet, but it appears to exist in Hublet na2.
what is this error. how to solve it.
