I need to get a contact’s subscription data by their email address. I’ve tried this endpoint, which is great, except when the contact has only just signed up. At that point, the subscriptionStatuses array returns empty.
Is there an endpoint I’m missing? Perhaps one where I send a subscription type ID with an email address…?
By default, new contacts will be eligible for all subscription types, so if you don’t see an entry for a specific subscription, the contact would default to eligible. We won’t include an entry for a subscription type until the contact unsubscribes from that type.
