Get all contacts not returning all contacts

I'm using the CozyRoc SSIS REST components to get our Hubspot data is in our data warehouse. We have about 535,000 records but this tool is only returning about 350,000

I'm using the GET /contacts/v1/lists/all/contacts/all command.

Could you share with me the portal ID in question and what is the last page of the response body?

Looks like I encountered a bug with the CozyRoc SSIS plugins. It doesn't want to push records that have a column with special escape characters or HTML.
