Get Account information via the API?

Is there a way to get account information, such as account display name, using the API? Is there something like https://api.hubapi.com/v1/account?

To be clear, I’m not trying to get companies, just the account associated with the access token being used.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hey @AndrewWalker,

You're correct that the account name defined in Settings > Account Defaults:

is not returned by this endpoint, however the organization's hub_domain is included in the response.

The domain is more human-readable than the Hub ID, but I recognize it's not exactly what you're looking for.

This endpoint returns meta data for the HubSpot account associated with an OAuth access token, including Hub ID and domain. Is that what you're looking for?

Thanks Isaac - I basically want to display a legible account display name rather than the random 7/8 digit code.. I don't believe we can get that in the meta-data?

This isn’t something that we currently have an API for, but it’s something that we’re considering building in the future.

Is there any specific data that you’d be looking for from this?

I have the same issue as @scottalbertson,
In my case i try to retrieve account display name, to show it to our customers as integration name.
Any suggestions?
