Generate dynamic PDF and send it to customer

Hello, 

so we like to generate a indivual offer based on a form submission in Hubspot. I managed to connetct pdf monkey and hubspot via zapier but like this i just have the generated pdf. They will not be send to the respective customer automatically. Any ideas how to solve that problem?

is it possible to create the pdf from a form? 

Because i have created a specific form on hubspot that i need my clients to fill. Once they fill the form i need to generate a dynamic PDF that i can send to the customers. 

I did look at the video but they start form a landing page.

Can i do the same from a form?
