Hello everyone! New to Hubspot, my first post here and happy to be a new member. Mostly a snaith check here but also soliciting for ideas from the community. I support a small firm currently running email campaigns out of Go HighLevel. Getting the metrics data out of GHL is no mean feat via API or even CSV export but getting it into and displayed in a report in HubSpot does appear to be a challenge. Everything I read and research points to me having to create a new object to import the data and that would mean I would have to recommend upgrading to the Enterprise level tier. Is this truely the only way to display this data or is there another way without creating and object? Thanks in advanvce!
Upgrading to Enterprise isn't necessary to access robust reporting capabilities.
While advanced native reporting for custom objects does require an Enterprise subscription, there are alternative approaches available on lower tiers.
One effective workaround is to push campaign metrics into contacts, either as properties or activities, enabling lightweight reporting. Although this method doesn't provide comprehensive analytics, it does allow for simple dashboards.
For a more sophisticated reporting solution, it's recommended to maintain a clean HubSpot CRM and create blended reports in a separate Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
This approach is particularly beneficial for small firms, as it enables the combination of HubSpot data with other data sources, facilitating richer visualization and avoiding clutter within the CRM.
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!! Thank you very much and have a great one! Warm regards
