GET Recent Engagements API: different Offset Values give same results

Filing on behalf of my customer who is still trying to setup his account here in the meantime -

We were trying the two APIs here, but even with the different offset values the results returned are still the same. When we tried it for the customer's Hapi key, the total count shows more than 7K records also hasMore parameter shows true.

Is this working as expected, or are we doing something wrong?
