GDPR related options in API

Hello,

will the GDPR be reflected in forms API? We're using API for submitting forms, but I'd like to utilize the GDPR solutions HubSpot is putting in place instead of adding our own.

Tracking lawful basis of processing in HubSpot

The contact property Legal basis for processing contact's data allows you to collect, track, and store lawful basis of processing via contract, legitimate interest, and/or consent for your HubSpot contacts.

We use the API as well. It would be great to know if we can access these new fields with the API. Anyone have an update on this?
