Ftp Access

Hi Im looking to pull Data into my account to use for marketing.

We are receiving data in the form of a .CSV file from promotion POD

We would just need to know the username, password and directory for that ftp on my hubsport account to upload a file there daily with any new leads from promotion pod.

This is the form

I am unsure as to how the Hubspot platform gets configured to pull the data down though

but I would like to see the results on my dasshboard of the information people have inputted, so we can use them as leads,

I am trying to work out all the Ins and outs of this. I know you have seen instruction, but just seeing if there is anything more specific.

It's not currently possible to import a CSV of contacts using FTP. The only way to import a CSV of contacts into HubSpot is to use the in-app import tool, documented here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/import-objects

If you're interested in a programmatic solution that uses REST, check out the HubSpot Contacts API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/batch_create_or_update
