I have a hubspot form integrated into my website. The form captures two sets of data - the patient and the referring dentist. I need the form set up in a way that it captures the referring dentists email and name, etc, and creates a new contact within the CRM. The purpose is to email the dentists and the patients at the same time with different communications.
Hi @Bas87 , to confirm, are you saying you'd like to create two separate contacts upon the submission of one form? If so, that isn't possible directly. You'd need to submit all the data from the form to your own server, then separate the patient and dentist into two separate calls, then submit to HubSpot using the Forms API twice.
