Forminator Pro Integration Error

Hi there,

I'm attempting to integrate my Wordpress website form submissions with Hubspot CRM. The plugin used for the form submissions is Forminator Pro.

However, when connecting my website to Hubspot, I'm receiving the following error:

Couldn’t complete the connection
The redirect_uri doesn't match the client registered redirect_uri. Please contact the app developer.

There is no instructions in the official documentation to overcome this error, so any assistance would be massively appreciated.

Thank you.

Forminator Pro Integration Error

Hey @GBarkworth this does sound like the integration is setting something incorrectly on the frontend. HubSpot form api (which integrations use) just accepts data, it doesn't set form actions on external forms (such as redirects). So it wouldn't be possible for this to be an error thrown by HubSpot, it is likely an error with either forminator or the integration.

Do you have a link to the integration you're using? It would be good to learn more about how this is set up.

Forminator Pro Integration Error

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your response. I'm following this guide:

https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#hubspot

I'm able to choose the correct Hubspot account but instead of redirecting back to the Forminator plugin within Wordpress to successfully complete the integration, I'm left with this error message:

Any advice is much appreciated, thank you

Forminator Pro Integration Error

Hey @GBarkworth from that error it looks to be an issue with the integration app you're using so you'll need to contact the app developer. In this case this case they have a support path outlined within the documentation you've linked to, you'll need to contact the team there to find out how they can resolve this issue as it appears to be outside of HubSpot.
