Form API and Legacy editor

Hi All,
I am trying to create a API request to build new forms based off a templated request. The only issue I am running into is that it is defaulting them all to being created with the Legacy editor. Is that the only way it works right now or is there a parameter I can set to make it use the new editor? Thanks in advanced

Hey @WilliamDeBois at the moment as far as I'm aware the new editor doesn't work with any public apis, only legacy forms can be created via the create forms api.

The new editor is pretty new so I'm assuming this will be out eventually but just hasn't been built out yet.

@CommunityTeam is there a public ETA for the new forms editor having public apis?

Good news: creating and editing forms via API using the new editor is planned for H1 2025. Keep an eye on HubSpot's updates and releases for more details as it gets closer!
