Follow-Up E-mails unavailable when using the Forms API v3

I have set up a couple of forms that can be submitted either through our websites, iOS or Android apps. Now after submission of course I would want to send a follow-up e-mail. Unfortunately I am forced to use a Recaptcha with the Enterprise-Token from Hubspot (which of course I do not have and do not want).

 

This practically means that Follow-Up E-Mails are entirely unavailable when using anything else than a web-browser (e.g. phone, tablet, car, embedded device).

 

Isn't there any way to disable Recaptcha for follow-up emails?
