Fivetran connection not syncing to HubSpot Service hub

Hi all,
I connected Fivetran to our HubSpot account. It works for our Sales Hub and syncs daily. But for the Service Hub the surveys and the responses are not syncing somehow - we need this e.g. for our NPS score. I was expecting a data schema to arrive in BigQuery that looks something like this: Service Hub Schema - Source Link
Some additional info: - I have super admin rights for Service Sub and Sales Hub - Using BigQuery as the destination (We do not have access somehow to the Hubspot BigQuery App that is in Beta)
I am new to Fivetran and the Hubspot API, would be great if anyone has suggestions of where I can look for a solution.
Given it sounds like you've integrated via a HubSpot Public App, you're probably best to raise a support ticket directly with the developer of the Fivetran app (see the "Email support" and "Support website" links on their App Marketplace Listing).

I'm not a Fivetran expert, but here are some things you can try:
Verify that the Fivetran service account has the required permissions to access and sync the necessary HubSpot data.
Please review the selected fields and tables in your Fivetran connector setup, especially for Service Hub data. You might need to specifically select the survey and NPS-related fields to ensure they are included in the sync.
Monitor API usage limits and watch for potential throttling issues that might affect synchronization performance.
