Facing issue with Image addition on App Marketplace listing

Hi team, We are trying to submit our app for the Marketplace listing. While submitting the app, when I am trying to add the images and company logo, I see errors, even though the image uploaded matched the description and criteria of pixels and size.

You can't upload files right now is the error I see.

Please help with the resolution for the same.

1. The app icon image in question

2. App ID

3. Dev portal ID

1. App icon: Attached

2. App ID: 226124

3. Dev portal ID:   8255964

We are also facing problems with attaching the images with the use case- How it works with Hubspot, so attached those images as well. Images are of right pixels as per the guidelines

Thanks for sharing these details across! 

Digging further into this, the reason why you're getting an error when attempting to upload the app icon is likely because the portal is suspended for file uploads due to activity detected by the underwriter service.

To resolve, your team can appeal through the UI here > You should see something at the top of the screen in the file manager dash.
