Facebook Messenger Integration is not working

Let me get this straight. I am the main admin of Facebook page "Best Electronics". I would like to connect this page to my Hubspot. Unfortunately, connect button of "Best Electronics" is inactive, and when pressing it says that "Best Electronics" is already connected to an inbox. But, I didn't connect it. I am the main admin of this page, and so I would like to know who connected it. my page id 107417081093729

Here's an update!

Our team have removed the Page connected to 8400xxx.

You can now attach the Facebook page to portal 8415625 🙂

Thank you for the information.

I checked on our internal systems and I was able to see your Facebook page with id 107417081093729 is connected to another portal with Hub ID: 8400xxx. It would be necessary to delete the Facebook page from that portal and then connected to the portal you want to connect to.

I don't know the owner of that portal with Hub ID: 8400xxx. Therefore, I am unable to delete it myself. Could you please delete the Facebook page from that portal for me?
