Error response (text:[filtered]) on calling properties API

Hi, 
When I try to call the properties api(), I'm getting an 401 error response wit message "[filtered]". I don't know why this error is produced. I couldn't find any solutions or reasons for this. Why does this error occur and how can it be resolved. I have attached SS of the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
