Error Loading CRM Extension

Hello, I'm getting an error on the contact page. "Sorry, but there's been an error loading the test extension." Please see attached images for more detail.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?

Can you send me a link to your developer portal, and the Hub ID of the portal that you're using for testing?

@88atwilliams can you give me some more details about the error you're seeing, as well as the above information?

Also, I checked the monitoring section within the App and its says IO Error ...But I dont know what that means. :

Also I get this error sometimes as well Response deserialization error
