I tried to send email using engagements api. But email is not sent, it is creating as logged email. Is there any different way to send email using engagements api.
The Engagements API will not send emails. It just logs them and other types of engagements to CRM record timelines.
At this time, only transactional emails can be sent programmatically via the HubSpot API. HubSpot marketing and 1:1/sales emails cannot be sent via any endpoint.
