Editing a Quote Template After Signing via API

Hi,

Is it possible to modify/change via API the template of a quote if it is in "Signed" status?
I read that it is possible only if it is in "Published" or "Draft" status

Thanks

Yes, typically, once a quote has been signed, it's considered a legally binding document, and making changes to it after signing can pose challenges. Many platforms or systems that handle quotes or contracts have restrictions on modifying documents after they've been signed to maintain integrity and compliance with legal requirements.

In most cases, you can modify or change the template of a quote via API if it's in "Published" or "Draft" status because these statuses indicate that the document hasn't been finalized or signed yet. However, once a quote transitions to the "Signed" status, it may not be possible to make changes to the template directly.

If you need to make changes to a signed quote, you might need to follow specific procedures depending on the platform or system you're using. This could involve creating a new version of the quote, issuing an amendment or addendum, or contacting the parties involved to negotiate changes.
