We are performing dynamic event creation on our site via the JS ‘trackEvent’ function. Is there any way to dynamically tag these events on creation? That would be super handy since I can see that the number of events being created will grow quite quickly on our dashboard.
If there is no way to create dynamic tags on dynamic events, then it would be handy to be able to search events with Regex on the events dashboard, since my team will need to filter these events to evaluate trends.
Would love to know if any of this is doable or in the pipeline.
I agree keeping track of events that are dynamically created is messy. Tags in the events API would be helpful as well as better events filtering in lists.
