Download file or attachment from Form.

Hi! 

I'm working with tickets and engagements and I have all attachment from engagements but I can not download the file or attachment that the user add to form from which the ticket was created.

I view the attachments from the engagements with this endpoint: https://api.hubapi.com/engagements/v1/engagements/ENGAGEMENT_ID?hapikey=DEMO

I can NOT download this file from the form

There is any options to download this file?
