Developer Account Trial Expired - Cannot Renew

I have a developer account where the trial shows as expired in July but no matter how many times I select it and opt to "Renew Trial" it's status never changes in my Developer Hub.

However, the test account still seems to be fully functional and doesn't display any warning or notices about it's "expired" status itself ??

This account has been renewed a number of time previously without issues so I'm wondering what's changed.

Developer Account Trial Expired - Cannot Renew

Hey, @dave-f 👋 Developer test accounts cannot be renewed once expired. The “expiration” is for the trials it gets assigned and not to the account itself. While it may still function, it likely has lost access to some features, functions, or scopes that were made available with the related enterprise-level trials. To keep one of these test accounts from expiring, you must manually refresh it or make API calls using a token or key generated for that account. This must be done > 30 days from the expiration, or it will become unable to be renewed — “Renewals must be made no more than 30 days before the test account’s expiration date.” link

If you need your trials restored, you'll need to provision a new Developer test account and keep it used to prevent it from expiring.

I hope this helps get you moving forward. —Jaycee
