Deleting Custom Actions but indicating one portal is using it

Hi Support Team,

Can you help me to delete a custom action, I already remove the deleted / untag the workflows that uses this APP. but still showing this error. I cant move forward because of this issue. Thanks

Hi @RBaniqued 👋

 

This error message indicates the given custom action is still in use somewhere. Are you aware of any other workflows (whether they are enabled or not) that could be using it? With custom workflow actions being managed within Public Apps, this could mean it's in use within any HubSpot Portal where the given Public App is installed.

Hi @zach_threadint , yes i am aware, and i remove it from all those workflows, also used the filter Action Type and select the custom action, 

But there is still one on the DELETED tab, but i cant do anything about it. cant even open it.

I see, thanks for the update. Was the workflow deleted in the past 90 days? As far as I can tell, workflows that have been deleted are able to be "restored" (via the "Clone" button) within 90 days of their deletion date. I'm guessing after these 90 days that the workflow disappears from the "Deleted" tab, after which you may be able to delete your custom workflow action. I'm really not sure about this though as I've not seen this issue before and I don't see anything specific in the documentation.
