Deals sometimes missing pipeline when syncing through ecomm bridge

When syncing deals through ecomm bridge I sometimes encounter deals syncing but missing a stage and pipeline. This is strange because all ecomm bridge api deals land in the ecommerce pipeline. Also the deals that land in the pipeline and those that do not are synced exactly the same.

Here is an example of one missing a stage and pipeline:

Hi, do any hubspot devs have any ideas of why this may happen, I've observed this over a range of clients.

Hi, it has been two weeks and there hasn't been any response on here.
Would someone be able to tell me why some deals synced over the ecomm bridge api would be missing pipeline and stage within hubpsot? This is causing issues for several clients of ours.
