DNS report on Hubspot doesn't match domain settings on host site

SOLVE

My website was working fine, domain connected and published, all links working, etc.

Then all of a sudden the website goes offline. I went to Hubspot to diagnose the problem and it said my domain was disconnected and there was an error with my DNS records. But as seen below, the records in Hubspot are different to what is actually in my domain managing site. What could be the cause of this and can I provide any more info? Thank you!

Did you transfer your domain to a new Registrar? Perhaps when you tried to set up hosting or something? It seems unlikely given that most newly registered domains have a lock period preventing this.

Do you know if Names.co.uk has a relationship with Register.it? Perhaps you can try to login to Registrar.it or see if there's an alternate portal login for you to use?

Your Domain Registrar, according to WHOIS info is Register.it:

You can see the domain history for name servers below. It seems the SOMETHING happened around Sep 16 (phase8 are Names.co.uk Name Servers; plaindns are Register.it's Name Servers) that moved the Name Server and/or registrar from Names to Register.

At this point, there's not much we can help with. I would as it seems there is a domain ownership issue going on.

1. Reach out to customer support for your domain.

1a. Check if you have any domain transfers that occurred recently.

2. Check the Name Servers for your domain and see what it points to.

https://www.names.co.uk/support/articles/how-to-change-your-nameserver-details/

If it points to phase8 then that seems like, for whatever reason, your registrar is out of date.

If it points to plaindns, then you might attempt to migrate it back to phase8 so that Names.co.uk can manage your DNS records again.

3. Try to log into Register.it and maybe an account was made for you already.

Did you recently change Domain Registrars or let the domain expire? The IP address Hubspot shows is associated with Registrar.it not Names.co.uk.

I'm presuming you didn't move Name Servers but if you did, Name Servers are where you host your DNS records. So if you move them (eg, most common move is to move the DNS hosting to Cloudflare), you need to add the records to your new Name Servers.

You probably want to verify your domain using a third party tool like MXToolBox SuperTool which will let you check the domain registrar (WHOIS lookup), Name Servers (DNS Check or WHOIS) and DNS records (DNS Lookup) through a neutral third party.

Without the domain in question, it would be hard to know anything else.

The domain is jetpacktutors.com
It definitely has not expired as I bought it for one year in August. In
Names.co.uk I can still manage the domain so it doesn't look like it has
changed - can you help me find out if it has moved without me actively
doing it? Thank you
