Custom website forms not working

I am attempting to use custom forms on my website rather than the marketing forms provided. The forms are located at https://www.colonialstock.com/contactus.htm I have integrated the hubspot scripts and supposively the contact info should be filtering into my hubspot account, in which they are not.  Any ideas on how I might fix this issue?

Hi @dabroncos 

My *assumption* is the Contact is supposed to load inside a Modal Window (pop over window) and you would need to call the code inside the Modal Window.

HubSpot uses Javascript extensively and my *assumption* is that it can't target the form on page load because the Modal Window isn't rendered.

Can you embed the form on the page?

Is there a way to put the hubspot script inside of the modal window?

No I can't embed the form on the page because we have several forms on the page for our different departments.  Any workarounds?

What if you use a Select List in the Form to route the enquiry to the right team? 

For example:

Who do you want to Contact?

- Shareholder Services

- Issuer Services

- New Business

- Careers

- General Enquiry

I would make General Enquiry the default in the Select List.
