Custom behavioral events OAuth2.0

Hello,

I am trying to setup Custom behavioral events but i am getting this response:

"status": "error",

    "message": "The scope needed for this API call isn't available for public use. If you have questions, contact support or post in our developer forum."

It seems that these APIs are still not available and there is no scope for them. Is there a way to get this API available? Do you know when its going to be publicy available? We are trying to avoid using api token and do all via OAuth.

at present Hubspot has not mentioned the date for its official release, this is in the Beta version. look this
