Custom Objects - Cannot identify where it is "in use"

SOLVE

Hi,

We've created some custom objects and have also deleted them via the API in the past.  Recently we have a custom object that we are trying to delete, but it's not allowing us to do so, saying:

"Object type 2-XXXXXX is currently used in 1 places and cannot be deleted"

We've verified all records/instances of that object are deleted, as well as any associations and references to the object in reports.  Are there other places that we should be looking to find where the object is being used, or better is there an easy way to simply see that via the UI?  (could not find an endpoint to do that)

Any insight is much appreciated!

I had this same issue and finally found out there were a couple pipelines using the CO.  I deleted those and was able to delete the CO.

Hello guys, I'm having this problem too and have no idea where it's being used.
Is there any endpoint where I can check it?

If not, I suggest to do so 🙂
Thanks

Hey @dlapointeus

Did you find where it was being referenced?  Workflows?  A form in use?

@Teun 👋 Do you have a handy way of identifying where a CO could be in use?
