Custom EPR integration to HubSpot - Company record identifying information

Hi,

What would be the best-identifying information to integrate the company data from the custom ERP system into HubSpot?

The case is that the (custom) EPR system has information about customer companies such as record id, company name, and business id.

The problem is that in HubSpot we have several companies with the same business id and each of those companies have own domain. So in HubSpot, the identifier is the company domain. 

What options do we have to align the data and the integration properly?
