Custom Action Workflow fields not passed to actionUrl

We have created a custom workflow action custom app.  We defined the custom action definition and set the objectRequestOptions.  (alt_phone_2, etc. are custom fields in the account).  When we see the payload come through, it only includes email, firstname and phone.  How do we get those custom fields to be passed into the payload?

Hey, @soccery387  👋 It looks like you are only getting the default properties returned from your request. Can you share the request here? So the community can see how you set it up? Are you including the additional properties as a query param in your request URL?
