Hi, we create tickets form conversations (standard automation) and via the API with form posts. Since this evening I do see new contacts, with created tickets in the contacts timeline and I do see new tickets created in the conversations timeline..
But.. when opening the tickets page in service section all these new tickets are not visible. No filters are used or specific views. The new tickets are not there to find.

To help me troubleshoot, could you share a link to an example contact record showing the associated ticket? This should enable me to identify why it might not appear on the tickets home page for you.
