CreateOrUpdate available in v3 REST API

We rely on /contacts/v1/contact/createOrUpdate/email/ heavily in an api implementation within our website.  I didn't see an equivalent method in the v3 api docs.  Is this going to be carried over?

Hello.  Following up on this.  I'm looking v3 api - doc https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/contacts

I don't see "createOrUpdate" listed as an endpoint.  Would you be able confirm whether it's indeed not available/carrived over to v3?

I am asking internally about this to verify, but from what I have found so far, this does not appear to be an endpoint that will be carried over.  Will report back if I find out otherwise.
