When I would create a contact on HubSpot, Hubspot invalidate the email because the domain part is not a valid TLD.
My question if later the domain part is a valid TLD, could we try again to create a contact ?

HubSpot’s email validation is always updating, so if an email ‘becomes’ valid then yes it’s possible to use it to create a contact. If you have a valid email that isn’t passing HubSpot’s email validation, I would recommend reaching out to Support.
