I'm working on a basic automation with Zapier, so that when a new ticket is created in ZohoDesk, it's visible on the company/contact Hubspot. The most straightforward way would seem to be to have Step 2 be "Create Ticket" in Hubspot - but I can't seem to assign said ticket to a company?
Not sure if I'm missing something here or maybe there is a better way of achieving this.
