Create Contact API -- developer environment

Hi,

I'M new to HUBSPOT,  trying to create a contact using API but not luck .

** Working on test environment with PHP code

The below URL i followed

https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/create_contact

1.  I had changed the 

$hapikey = readline("test_evironment_api_key");

2. Executed the script -- no response.

** Do i need to change the URL or any thing ....

Hi @Ram2019 , Test Accounts inside of Developer Accounts should act just as a live, production account should. Can you walk me through how you're getting the API key? You may be using your developer account API key instead of the key from your actual testing environment, but I could be wrong.
