Count deal from API and send it to a Google Sheet cell

Hi all!

I need to extract from HS to a specific GSheet cell the number of deals with this criterias:

- Specific deal stage pipelibe

- Specific deal owner

- Specific month of deal creation

How can I do that?

Unfortunately Zapier doesn't work like that 😞

The only action that we can do in Hubspot using a time trigger is to SEARCH a deal. But zapier will search a specific deal not EVERY deal.

That's why spreadsheet-style formula functions is useless.

Can you help me maybe using API o custom code?

100%, zapier will be the easiest!

Your other good option, but more work would be a daily scheduled workflow with a custom coded action!

I was already trying to use zapier for this purpose.

The problem is that I need only aggregated numbers.

For example I need a TOTAL DEALS that is matching some criterias, one number to insert in a specific cell.

For this purpose I have no idea about what zapier action to use to aggregate the number.

Can you help me or send me some references @dennisedson @Kevin-C ?

Check out this post, and this documentation. Those should at least get you going down the right path.
I've not done anything like this with zapier but am confident that it can be done.
