Core Customization is Posibble in hubspot ?

Is it possible in HubSpot? I have a requirement that includes multiple meta data and files; this is a custom and tailored solution. While comparing with Hubspot. I believed that using Hubspot Sales, Service, and Data Hub would achieve 60% of the solution. Along with an external mobile application. However, the remaining 40% requires some customisation, which may not be possible using custom objects and properties. Is it possible to make some customisations, such as file upload, file approval, and payment release?

I'm wondering if that's scalable once we reach 60% of the functions.

I hope it can handle the 20,000 datas, so let me know. About this.

Why I choose it, it have the dynamic property and Object features helps to saves lot of meta data.

HubSpot can handle your use case with Enterprise features plus a thin custom layer. You can store files in secure external storage like S3 and surface them in HubSpot via a custom card, uploads can happen from web or your mobile app. Then model an approval object and automate reviewer assignment, SLAs, and audit trails with workflows and programmable actions. Then trigger payment requests and releases through your payment provider probably Stripe from HubSpot wwith statuses sync back for reporting. 20k+ records is well within HubSpot’s range when we use custom objects/associations and keep large files out of the CRM.
To finalize the design, could you confirm:

1. What is the main record (Application/Project/Case)?

2. File types/sizes and any compliance needs?

3. Single or multi-stage approvals + SLAs?

4. Payment provider(s), currencies, and whether payments are one-off or recurring?

5. Who uses the mobile app, and does it need offline mode?

6. Any roles/permissions you must enforce (who can upload/approve/release)?

7. Key reports you need (approval cycle time, rejection reasons, payment conversion)?
