Contact property which is uploaded through API is stripping some html and css

SOLVE

Issue: We upload HTML, which includes CSS content to a contact property, for use in an automated email. The property is updated as part of an API call.We have noticed that the content of the property is different to what we're uploading. For example, certain CSS styes are being stripped. This is corrupting the emails being sent out.The property in question is called q_quote_table, and is set up as a multi-line text property. We noticed that the changes started to happen around 24th July. Was a change made on your side that would impact this? And is it possible to stop this process from editing our HTML?

Examples: Here is a sample of the properties being updated:https://pastebin.com/M12mzJpMWe are sending data to this endpoint: https://api.hubapi.com/contacts/v1/contact/createorupdate/email/name@example.com?hapikey=xyz

Contact property which is uploaded through API is stripping some html and css

SOLVE

Welcome, @amnigor.

Sincere apologies for the pain and confusion. This issue was caused by a change on our side but was resolved late yesterday.

I successfully uploaded your sample HTML into my own multi-line text property and it rendered properly in a test email.

Can you confirm whether you're seeing this behavior as well?
