We want to integrate our Contact Center solution with HubSpot. I've found that it's possible exchange data about the Contacts between HubSpot and our app, so they can run side-by-side and share data. But we want to go further. Is it possible to have an iframe floating here in HubSpot, kind of like the Chat bubble on the bottom right? Visible at all times. Or any other solution where we can keep a session alive with our servers, and display some controls? (To connect an automatically dialed call, and controls for it. Maybe even buttons to open up the corresponding Contact in HubSpot, so the agent can see previous interactions)
