We use a dialing service for our sales calls. Even though calling outcomes can now be customized, we are unable to get these custom outcomes to transfer from our dialing service to hubspot. Our other outcomes transfer over just fine. Is there something we can do with the API to fix this?
Could you clarify further on how you are currently transferring the call outcomes from your dailing services to HubSpot? Are you using the Create an Engagement endpoint?
