Company name property not recognized from Elementor Form to Hubspot

Hello,

I've recently connected hubspot to wordpress via the plugin.

I'm trying to create a contact from elementor forms to hubspot. Until now, I was able to create a contact upon form submission, but I've managed only to have name, email and phone number created in a contact.

Company properties I need like company name (name) and number of employees (numberofemployees) are not getting transfered to Hubspot.

Also, contact properties other than name, email and phone number are also not getting recognized (like the contact's company name, which also is a default property on hubspot).

I tried creating a custom property as well (such as company_name) or something, but it's also not working. Am I missing something?

Below is how it's set up on elementor (id > name):

As you can see, I'm using hubspot's property company name (name)

I'd love to find out a solution for this problem from you guys, thank you.

Company name property not recognized from Elementor Form to Hubspot

Olá @CludeSaúde, tudo bem? 😄

We documented here that our mapping rules will only take in consideration contact properties. That said, the internal value for the contact property "Company Name" is "company":

Your screenshot is showing the value "name", which is the internal value for the company property "Company Name".

The same applies for the property "Number of Employees": the contact property internal value is "numemployees" and not "numberofemployees".

If you would like to map company properties from an external form, you would need to integrate the form via API.

Cheers!
