Closing and reopening page containing widget results in not being able to load (Blazor)

When I first load the page containing the div where hubspot will go I can do window.HubSpotConversations.widget.load() and it loads fine, however, if I close the page (a popup in this case), on reopening window.HubSpotConversations.widget.load() does nothing.  

This is done within a blazor application so the div is rerendered when the popup is opened.

It's also worth noting that some times after we call window.HubSpotConversations.widget.load(), window.HubSpotConversations becomes undefined so it's not like we could do a reset. I haven't been able to pinpoint why this is, it just happens some times.
