I am writing because we are developing a client-specific CRM extension, and from what I can tell, it appears that adding this CRM extension to our main app will make it available for all clients that have installed our integration (like workflow extensions). Is this correct?
As a solution, does it make sense to create separate apps for custom CRM extensions like this so they can be added on an ad-hoc basis as an additional/separate integration?
Hey @brianjlowry , yes you are correct that any portal that installs your app, assuming they are installed using the same auth scopes, will have your app features available to all the same. It's not possible to include something in an app that's portal specific. It would make sense to create separate apps and have portals install them as a separate integration in your case.
