Chatflow does not work

Hi I have put the code in a HTML widget on my website, and all of the other times I had something whit a code it have worked. But not now, chatflow doesn´t appear anywhere.

I don´t know how to put it in the head or footer section of the code. How can i fix this?

Hello @webifiq

If you have access to the HTML the you can either add the HubSpot tracking script in the head tag followed by script tag or under body tag just before its closing.

To confirm if the tracking code works or not, view source of your page and search for your portal ID of HubSpot. There should be a js script formatted by the portal number as name.

Hi! Thanks for the answer, but I think I solwed it. I changed or erased the filtering of who could see the chat. And after that it suddenly appeard on my website, even though I thought I had erased the script code that I implemented in the HTML widget.
Anyway, now it works! 🙂
