Hi, we created our bot and it seems correct. The only problem is that at the end the chatbot doesn't close the chat (even if there is "No action") and so the user can still chat with him without receiving any kind of response.
Is there any way to get this working?

Is this using the in-app Bots functionality? I'd recommend reaching out to Support for questions on in-app functionality.
