Chat window doesn't open on website

Hi,

We're trying to figure out why the chat window doesn't open using #hs-chat-open. The code of the button looks like this:

You can take a look here https://tokenguard.io/smart-contract-audit-services/  - after clicking "Talk with us!" (red big button) the #hs-chat-open is added to the URL but the chat windows still doesn't open.

Any ideas and help highly appreciated!

Hey, @KGórski 👋 Is this still occurring for you? When I view the link provided, the chat opens immediately. It will also reopen without issue if I close it and then click to reopen.
