Chat opened only after page refresh

Hi

We have simple test page - https://enterra-inc.com/test.html#hs-chat-open 

But we can't undertand why chat opened only after page refresh. On first load we see in logs this error:

Digging into this further, it looks like this may be due to the target rule set:

When visitor is a contact

I noticed that when I remove the target rule, the chatflow shows up once the page load. Could you try that and see if it's working on your end?
