Changing an app's scopes and/or webhooks later?

I'm at the beginning stages of creating a new app and not certain yet of all of the scopes and/or webhooks it may need, initially and later.

Could anyone help advise on -

1. What happens when scopes are changed later for installed applications? Can customers approve the new scopes, does the application have to be uninstalled and reinstalled, or something else altogether?
2. Are there any consequences for editing or adding webhooks for installed applications (e.g. which properties you're tracking)?

• are users alerted to reinstall an app when scopes are added?
• are they alerted to reinstall if scopes have only been removed, and no new ones added?

If you do update scopes after an app has been installed  -

Hi @Clayton_ ,

you have to set the scopes firstly before installing the app . if you update the scopes of your app then you have to reinstall the app as your application has to get the permission to access the required scopes from the users.
