Change the support link for the Translate.com & HubSpot Integration

Please advice. On the page of the description Translate.com & HubSpot Integration 
https://www.hubspot.com/integrations/translate
we do need to change the link of the text link "Get support on this integration" to another email.

What is the new email address that should be linked there instead?
